The seller is Darvydas Subenka trading as PepWow.

The seller's geographical address is shown in the checkout before an order is placed and repeated in the durable order confirmation.

PepWow is not VAT registered and does not display a VAT registration number.

Products and research-use information

Only a catalogue item clearly marked “Available”, with a price and an enabled checkout action, may be ordered. “Coming soon” and out-of-stock entries are not offers for sale.

Product descriptions, declared format, strength and batch information form part of the information supplied before purchase. Product regulatory classification, intended-use restrictions and verification limitations are explained separately on the Research Use page. Those restrictions do not remove or reduce statutory consumer rights.

Orders and contract formation

Website listings are invitations to place an order, not our acceptance of it. You make an offer when you submit checkout and approve payment. We will acknowledge receipt, but a binding contract is formed only when PepWow accepts the order in a durable order confirmation after payment has been verified.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance if stock, pricing, delivery eligibility, payment verification or legal requirements prevent supply. Any money taken for a declined order will be returned using the original payment method.

Prices and payment

The product price, delivery charge and total payable are displayed before payment. PepWow is not VAT registered, so no VAT amount or VAT invoice is provided.

Payment is made through Fena Pay by Bank. Fena hosts the bank-selection and authorisation journey. Returning to PepWow from Fena does not by itself prove payment; the order proceeds only after server-side payment confirmation.

Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom subject to postcode and service availability. The delivery method, charge and estimate shown at checkout apply to the order. Our normal dispatch target is 1–2 working days after confirmed payment, but this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

Consumers normally have a statutory right to cancel an online goods order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason, subject to the legal exceptions. After notifying us, the goods must normally be returned within a further 14 days.

For an ordinary change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return cost. PepWow covers reasonable return costs where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. The Returns & Refund Policy explains the process, refund timing, standard delivery refund and downloadable cancellation form.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for any purpose made known where the law applies, and match their description. Nothing in these terms excludes the remedies available under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other mandatory consumer law.

Liability and events outside our control

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not responsible for business losses arising from a consumer purchase or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect mandatory rights.

Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available where they live in the United Kingdom.
