What PepWow’s research-use presentation means, including the limits of catalogue and verification information.
Last updated: 8 October 2026The catalogue contains different release states. An item marked “Available” may be ordered while stock and checkout remain enabled. An item marked “Coming soon” or “Out of stock” cannot be ordered.
Each product page must be read for its current identity, declared format, strength, price, stock status and supporting information. Availability of one item does not imply that every catalogue item has been released.
Research-use and regulatory statements describe intended presentation and product limitations. They do not exclude or reduce cancellation, refund, quality or description rights that apply to a consumer sale. Consumer terms are set out separately in the Terms & Conditions and Returns & Refund Policy.
PepWow does not provide clinical assessment, prescriptions, diagnosis, treatment, dosing or administration guidance. Website and Education Hub content must not be relied on as medical advice or as a substitute for an appropriately qualified professional.
Products presented as research materials are intended only for legitimate laboratory, analytical or educational research consistent with applicable law. They are not presented for human or veterinary administration.
“Research use only” wording does not remove legal, regulatory, product-safety, advertising or consumer-law responsibilities. PepWow may withdraw or restrict a listing where classification, documentation or lawful supply requires further review.
Printed PepWow label codes are checked only inside the official PepWow app. Website verification is not active. A successful app check means that the code matched a PepWow record and displays selected recorded information; it is not proof of clinical suitability, medical safety, purity beyond the supporting documentation, or regulatory authorisation.
Customer-facing records may include product identity, declared format, batch reference, storage wording and selected documentation. Supplier, laboratory and internal quality records may remain confidential.
If a label, parcel contents and app record do not match, do not rely on the record. Contact pepwow.business@gmail.com with the order and batch details.
