Controller and contact

The data controller is Darvydas Subenka trading as PepWow. The seller's geographical address is supplied in checkout before an order is placed and in the durable order confirmation.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, delivery and billing details, order contents, prices, payment provider references and status, delivery method, shipment and tracking records, returns and refund information, messages, product or batch references, and records showing which checkout policies you accepted and when.

We and our hosting or security providers may also process IP address, browser, device, request and security-log information needed to operate and protect the service. PepWow does not receive your online-banking login credentials from Fena.

Purposes and lawful bases

We use order, contact, payment and delivery information to take steps at your request, perform the sales contract, provide support, handle cancellations and returns, prevent fraud, protect the website, maintain accurate business records and comply with tax, accounting, consumer-protection and legal obligations.

The applicable lawful bases are contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests. Where consent is specifically requested, it may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Who receives information

Information is shared only as necessary with service providers such as website hosting and security providers, Fena for Pay by Bank processing, Royal Mail or another stated delivery carrier, email-delivery providers, professional advisers and authorities where legally required.

Payment and delivery providers act under their own terms and privacy information for the parts of processing they control. We do not sell customer personal information.

International transfers

Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards, we will rely on an adequacy regulation, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism and make further information available on request.

Retention

Order, payment, delivery, return and accounting records are normally kept for up to six years after the relevant transaction or longer where required for a legal claim or obligation. Uncompleted checkout records are retained only for the operational, security and dispute period reasonably required. General enquiries not connected to an order are deleted when no longer needed, and security logs are retained only for proportionate operational and security periods.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies, security and updates

Essential technology may be used for website security, checkout state and administrator authentication. PepWow does not currently state that it uses advertising or marketing cookies. If analytics or marketing technology is introduced, the notice and consent controls must be updated first.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no online service can promise absolute security. Material changes to this notice will be shown on this page with a new update date.
