Keeping research records

A simple approach to recording receipt date, batch code and linked documentation.

Educational information only • Not medical advice
01

Create a simple receipt record

Note the date received, product name, batch reference, unique code and condition of the packaging. A photograph of the unopened label can help preserve the original details.

02

Keep linked documents together

Save the app verification result and any customer-facing document under the same batch reference. Do not replace original files with edited copies.

03

Record changes

If a record is updated or deactivated, note the date and contact PepWow if the reason is unclear. Good record keeping makes later checks easier.

PEPWOW KEY POINT

Match the physical label with the current public record and contact PepWow if any important detail differs.
